Experience Talks are smaller, interactive roundtables running alongside the main conference programme.

Held in a dedicated Roundtable Suite, they give you the opportunity to discuss key industry issues directly with fellow delegates and experts, asking questions, exchanging experiences and contributing your own perspective.

The Innovation Marketplace is where you’ll meet the organisations providing the technology, products, services and expertise behind exceptional experiences.

Rather than a traditional exhibition, it’s designed for demonstration, discovery and conversation.

See new technology in action, discover potential solutions and meet organisations you could work with on your next project.

Networking is built into both conference days, giving you time to meet fellow delegates, continue conversations and make new commercial connections.

Day One — InnovateX Social
Stay at Arcade Arena for food, drinks, relaxed networking and immersive entertainment.

Day Two — Closing Drinks Reception
Finish the conference with a final opportunity to connect and continue the conversations started over the previous two days.

InnovateX: Experience London

After two days exploring the future of the Experience Economy at InnovateX, Experience London takes the learning out into the city.
This new, optional third day will take delegates to four leading London experiences, combining the opportunity to experience each destination first-hand with behind-the-scenes access and conversations with the people responsible for bringing them to life.

Meet operators, creative teams and specialists. Explore how experiences work from the inside. Discover ideas you can take back to your own organisation.

Join Experience UK to visit four experiences across London.

At each location, you’ll immerse yourself in what has been created, and then look beyond the guest experience to understand how and why it works.

Take part in the experiences as they’re designed for guests, to see what they see.

Go beyond the areas and inWhere did the concept come from? How did it evolve from an idea into a commercially operating experience?

How was the guest journey designed? How are storytelling, environment and interaction used to create memorable moments?

How are physical environments, digital technology, AV, production and creative content brought together?

What does it take to deliver the experience consistently, safely and at scale?

How does the experience generate revenue? What drives repeat visits, secondary spend and customer loyalty?

Who visits, what motivates them and how does the experience evolve alongside changing consumer expectations?

What worked? What didn’t? And what would the team do differently if they were starting again?

It will be particularly valuable for:

  • Creative teams and experience designers
  • Museums and cultural organisations
  • Developers and investors
  • Technology providers
